Are prices guaranteed?
Prices reflect the current information available for each item and can change with the gold market. The price shown when an order is placed is the price applied to that order.
What happens if an item becomes unavailable?
If an item cannot be fulfilled, the order is not completed and any amount authorized is released or refunded through the original payment method.
How are product specifications treated?
Karat, weight and dimensions shown for each design are recorded product data. Confirm any specification that is critical to your decision with a store before ordering.
